This coach is in excellent condition; a one-of-a-kind custom unit. I am selling it due to health reasons.

This is a non-smoking coach and has only been stored inside. Has built-in generator (7,000 watts), Aqua heater, rear camera, TVs, DVD player, and security alarm. It has a mid-coach full bathroom, full shower, electric flushing toilet, driver and passenger leather seats, table, day/night shades, queen bed, sofa, hide-a-bed sofa, washer/dryer combo, oven, stove top, convection oven, and refrigerator with freezer. Cedar-lined wardrobes, icemaker, hamper, and fishing rod rack are also built in. All cherry woodwork and cherry cabinet/closets throughout.

Also included with this purchase are a car towing hitch, 30 AMP RV power cord, RV surge eliminator, and dumping station supplies. Many tailgating, camping accessories, etc. are included.

Coach is currently winterized. It is very clean and well maintained. No damage. Self-contained.
