Has 6 new tires and all new batteries 12/23 New AC units and flat screen TV’s in 2022.Roku on both and hi Def direct tv antenna .Refrigerator just serviced and 2 new fans installed . Dash air serviced in 2022 and works great. Clear bra on front and outside snap on window covers.
Special custom made fitted rugs that can be removed and cleaned. The carpet from 2001 looks new.
Both the couch and dinette make into beds. Has new CB, subwoofer, Zbox for great tv sound.

Two underneath storage units that go all the way thru and one that has a pull out drawer . Still full of our stuff is why I did not show.
This coach in in great shape due to ocd owner!LOL!! Everything works as it should including every switch and lightbulb Great if you have kids. Ours are too old. Lots of extra stuff . Need To see to believe how nice this is. Runs and srives excellent Priced to sell 65,000 located in Yuma private party
