This motorhome was donated to our Church by its second owners who purchased it in 2015 from the original owner in Georgia. They only took it on two trips – both to Florida from the Nashville area. Their desire is for the church to sell it and use the proceeds for ministry/ charity purposes.

When donated to us, this motorhome needed maintenance to get it sale ready, much of which we have done. There are still things it needs: Livingroom and bedroom slide toppers, bathroom exhaust fan, main awning spring, tv antenna, etc. The carpet, although thoroughly cleaned, looks used. There are two minor leaks of which we are aware, one of which has been resealed (skylight above the shower) and at the entry door / window gaskets. A couple of the overhead lighting fixtures in the coach don’t work – we were unable to repair these due to the difficulty of finding replacement fixtures for this model (so we were told). Most of the interior lights do work.

All the main items (a/c, generator, slide outs, refrigerator, stove top, convection oven, washer/ dryer, water system, etc.) are in good working order. Maintenance records and other paperwork is available including the recent 45-point inspection report from Camping World, which includes much of the information noted above, and more. No major upgrades have been added since the original purchase package.

The motorhome is being sold “AS IS.”
