Our beach house near Mexico Beach FL. was badly damaged during hurricane Michael in 2018. In early 2000’s, we saw the need to put a pole barn and an RV on our double lot to monitor the construction progress. I was told it was going to and take several years to complete due to shortages of construction workers, and it did! I have since sold the house and pole barn. The RV is now in my driveway waiting for a new owner. My wife and I are not RV’ers. we have over $45,000 invested with the RV price included. I renovated for our sake, not an investment. I originally bought it from a diesel mechanic who owned his own 10 bay shop, so I knew the Magnum chassis, 350 Cat engine, brakes, 7500W diesel generator, Allison transmission and electrical was well maintained and roadworthy. I renovated the inside out with lots of custom touches. All tires and batteries were replaced within the last 2 years! As pictured, all new LVP flooring plus (original tile), all cabinets professionally primed and painted a pleasant acrylic latex paint. New wall hugging power recliners. 50″ flat screen with televator that disappears into the cabinet. Replaced fridge with same model. Microwave is also a convection oven. We reconfigured the bedroom to accommodate a KING sized bed. The headboard is custom printed and padded to enjoy morning coffee and the news. Power cantilever awning!
The cabin air (in dash) doesn’t work like most older coaches. I use the generator and overhead air unit when driving if needed. The “Hurricane” system (a Safari thing) is a little beyond me however was told it works. Used for heating basically. I we use an electric heater that works fine. NO DEF required for this diesel! No leaks.
Please IM me for additional info I didn’t cover here.
