This is a really nice motorhome for the family starting out. She is serviced and ready to go. We just installed new house batteries and a new propane regulator. The tires have lots of tread left and they are 6 years old. that leaves you 3-4 years for the 10 year threshold. Fully self contained with 25 gallons of propane 75 water and 40 gray 40 black. lots of exterior storage and a Onan 5500 Marquis generator. Awnings on all windows and a large A&E 9000 awning on the passenger side. there is no body damage and the paint was just buffed out and detailed. paint still shines but the decals are in poor condition. Dual roof airs which work great, dual furnaces, 3 way fridge, propane water heater, 3 burner stove with gas oven and a convection microwave. Dish network auto locate dish on the roof. The roof is leak free and was just re-sealed. bathroom has a large shower with glass shower doors. Interior has all Flexsteel furniture, the driver and passenger chairs turn around and there is a recliner in the living room as well. kitchen table with 4 chairs. the couch pulls out to a twin bed and the master has a large queen bed. 2 flatscreen tvs one up front and one in the master. All interior lighting is either LED upgraded or flourescent. She is ready to go and enjoy the great outdoors. call Jim to set up a time to come see it.
