This Cummins 275HP engine has the good reputation to run a million miles. You’ve got a lot of adventures left to do with just 143,000 miles. Besides the reliability of this engine, the smaller motor of this model makes trips and relocation more affordable than most new Class A motorhomes. You can reach speeds of 70 to 80 MPH.
My favorite aspect of this motorhome are the interiors, all previous owners have kept it tidy. The cashmere interior accents the widebody Discovery 36R. Ducted air conditioning, dual glazed windows, oak plank flooring in the galley, and 12 Volt lighting are standard features. This 36R, however, has a bigger refrigerator installed (side-by-side option), an additional sofabed, and leather sofas. With the extra sofabed, this motorhome can sleep 4 adults and 2 children comfortably. Sleeping accommodations include: a 39” x 74” dinette, a 60” x 75” queen bed, and a 46” x 76” sofa bed. The queen bed has a firm mattress.
Besides the standard cabinets and drawers, this 36R comes with a wide wardrobe and extra drawers. Storage space is no issue in this motorhome. This home will provide a comfortable living space on wheels.
IMPROVEMENTS AND REPAIRS
New roof (replaced about 2 years ago). Good set of Michelin tires (bought NEW 2 years ago). If you will store this unit outdoors, you will want to repair a small exterior crack below the corner of a window.
By buying this coach, I spent less time and energy commuting for over 1 year. This allowed me to focus on my work and gave me space to balance productivity with rest. Additionally, I used it to go to aviation events and camp with my aviation buddies. My work is now closer to home, and I am not using this motorhome as much as I did last year. This motorhome could be traveling and fulfilling many adventures. Buy it and fulfill its purpose.
