When I purchased I installed fuel pump,new radiator , all belts , water pump , pulleys front shocks , all brake lines , rotors , pads , new exhaust manifolds and much more . This is a mechanically sound rv with a ford 460 @74000 miles it runs flawlessly. No leaks , roof is in great condition. 2 roof air conditioners , 1 not working and I never looked into it because I never needed it. Onan 5000 generator with 440 hours. Runs perfect. If you are looking for a coach to get in and go this is it and it won’t break the bank. If you purchase and older rv and did the work on it you know it costs thousands. All the work is done !
