The engine can use a little TLC as well as some other minor items. Has three gas tanks with up to 90 gallons of fuel. Has a great Onan working generator, freshwater storage and dc pump. Original awning in good condition. Must see to appreciate. This unit was stored in enclosed RV barns except for the last 12 months. Also has top storage and ladder for long hauls or additional storage as needed. Last used for the grandkids to sleep in at Thanksgiving. This is a great unit to rent out on site for additional income or travel. Very nostalgic!
